NepalIn September 2017, WFP ROC began monitoring food security and market conditions in the Pool region of the Republic of Congo through remote data collection using the mobile Vulnerability Analysis and Mapping (mVAM) approach. With support from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Humanitarian Action, WFP is regularly calling key informants (CARITAS representatives, government authorities, and traders) in hard-to-reach areas of the Pool region to assess the humanitarian situation. The questionnaire focuses on the market situation, accessibility issues, displaced persons, and the availability of basic services.
